Export Permits (Intl Customers Only)

Please add this item to your cart for international orders. Export permits are mandatory for all international orders - we cannot ship internationally without a permit. International orders will be cancelled after 48h if permits are not added - you will receive a full refund less non-refundable transaction fees incurred by the Shopify and the payment platform used by the customer. 

The cost of the permit covers plant inspection and certification, and shipping insurance. 

All Black Toe Tropicals exports are delivered duty paid (DDP) to expedite the customs clearance process at the importing country. Duties and taxes incurred, if any, will be billed to you shortly after you receive your order. Duties and taxes will be charged as-is, with no markup. 

Customers are reminded to be certain of their country's import requirements - please check with your local Plant Protection Authority (PPA) before placing an order with us. If import permits or other legal documents are required to be included in the shipment, please forward them to us at surin@blacktoetropicals.com, as soon as possible.

Black Toe Tropicals will not be held responsible for customs clearance issues and/or the confiscation or destruction of orders if found to be lacking the required import permits or documents from the buyer.
